In the 15th installment of Stay Dirty, Stay Moderate, Adam transports us back to the early days of the 13 colonies when the Continental Congress established CIVILIAN control over the armed forces so the Commander-in-Chief could not abuse power over the military to stage a coup, much like Donald Trump attempted to do with an executive order for the military to seize voting machines after the 2020 election.
